About Kiid Coffee

Is Kiid Coffee dairy-free, allergen-free, and certified kosher?

Kiid Coffee is 100% vegan and contains NO dairy, soy, gluten, or GMO's (organic ingredients are always non-GMO)! We also produce in a facility that is free of peanuts and tree nuts. Feel free to try Kiid Coffee with a plant-based milk for a dairy-free, vegan latte! (just be sure the kids like the taste of plant-based milk)

Concerning kosher, we're happy to say all Kiid Coffee ingredients, manufacturing facilities, and processes are certified kosher, but we have not submitted the paperwork for certification of the final product. Full kosher certification will be completed in the near future.

What does 99.9% caffeine-free mean?

Well, 99.9% caffeine-free does not mean ZERO caffeine.

Coffee and cacao (i.e. chocolate) naturally contain caffeine that cannot be 100% removed.

The great news is that decaffeination technology has evolved significantly over the years.

Today, water-processing decaffeination can remove up to 99.9% of caffeine from coffee, cacao, and even tea, without the use of any chemicals.

If you want numbers, here's a quick reference on caffeine content:

Kiid Coffee (1 serving): 1-3mg (this was recently updated)

Chocolate (1 oz): 3-12mg

Soda (12 fl oz): 30-70mg

Regular Coffee (8 fl oz): 80-180mg

'Energy' Drinks (8 fl oz): 100-200mg

What age is Kiid Coffee for?

Kiid Coffee was created for kids age 4 and up. If you have any questions or concerns, please just share our packaging with your pediatrician.

How do I prepare Kiid Coffee?
  1. Heat 6 fl oz (3/4 cup) of milk to HOT (not boiling). Dairy or plant-based milk both work well.
  2. Add the single serving packet or a scoop of Kiid Coffee.
  3. Stir (or froth) to dissolve.

Note: Kiid Coffee doesn't contain sugar, fillers, or over-processed ingredients which means it might not be as easy to dissolve as a typical hot chocolate powder.

Why does Kiid Coffee have prebiotic fiber, vitamins, and minerals?

National health studies show kids in America are lacking a wide range of nutrients like fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

What's more concerning is that most foods, and even kids' multivitamins, do not contain enough (or any) of the most critical nutrients for growing kids. Calcium, iron, and vitamin D are at the top of the list.

Kiid Coffee exists because we realized we could create an insanely nutritious (and delicious) kids beverage by combining multiple sources of nutrition into one simple routine: morning 'coffee'.

With one serving of Kiid Coffee, kids can now have two of the world's most antioxidant-rich superfoods (organic, decaffeinated coffee and raw cacao), prebiotic fiber (inulin), an essential vitamin and mineral blend including calcium, iron, and magnesium. And, that doesn't include the nutrition found in their favorite milk.

Yeah, we're on a mission to keep kids strong and healthy.
