Refund policy

We're obsessed with creating delicious, natural nutrition for kids, and your health + happiness is our #1 priority. Our satisfaction guarantee means you have 30 days after receiving a product to request a full refund (shipping cost excluded).

To be eligible for a refund, you must have an order number, and contact us within 30 days of purchase. In the event an item is damaged in transit or we've made a shipping error, please contact us as soon as the product is received so we can make it right.

**Very reasonable Terms And Conditions Of Our Money-Back Guarantee:

  1. Our Money-Back Guarantee covers one unit of each flavor. (please do not order two or three of a single flavor and then expect a refund for all of them)
  2. We do not honor multiple refunds to the same person for the same flavor.
  3. Shipping charges not included (because we already lose money on shipping)

**Important** We do not issue refunds for shipping charges, and we reserve the right to reject refund requests if we believe a customer is abusing the refund process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Our goal is to make things right quickly.

**Note: refunds requested due to defects or damage may require photos of both the product and outer packaging. Additionally, we may ask that you return the product with a pre-paid shipping label. In the event of a return, instructions will be provided on how to proceed.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like samples or gift cards.


Exchanges 
We do not typically exchange requests. If you receive an incorrect item, we will ship the correct item, free of charge.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
